CULMINA EXITOSO II TORNEO INTERNACIONAL DE TENIS SENIOR ITF G5 “CIUDAD DE AREQUIPA”

Con la presencia demás de 150 tenistas provenientes de Argentina, Chile, Australia y Estados Unidos Arequipa, así como de Lima,Cusco, Ica, Tacna, Iquitos, Puno y Arequipa; el domingo 2 de noviembre concluyó con éxito el II Torneo Internacional de Tenis Senior ITF grado 5, denominado “Ciudad de Arequipa” elcual se desarrolló desde el pasado 30 en el complejo tenístico “Alejandro Olmedo” del Club Internacional Arequipa.

Cabe destacar la merecida actuación de los créditosmistianos, quienes dominaron en la mayoría de las categorías, ratificando elbuen nivel tenístico de la “Ciudad Blanca”. Además de la legión de tenistas delInter, participaron también delegaciones del Club de Tenis Las Terrazas deMiraflores – Lima; así como el Club de Tenis Vizcarra - Tacna y el Club InternacionalManuel Pino – Puno.

Asimismo, en la ceremonia de clausura y premiación,el Sr. Alejandro Vivanco Velando, Vocal de Tenis de Campo del ClubInternacional Arequipa, entregó los trofeos a los dos primeros lugares de cadacategoría, agradeciendo además al comité organizador del torneo y a losauspiciadores que hicieron posible la realización del mismo. Finalmente,adelantó la posibilidad de que el Club Internacional Arequipa sea sede de unacompetencia de mayor grado, en la misma categoría ITF, para el próximo año.
